In order tossup an SFTP, please provide us with the following information:
In order to obtain metadata, all calls should be provided with a CSV file containing the associated metadata. The name of the csv should match the name of the audio file. At a minimum, we require the date and time of the call, the agent who conducted the call, and the campaign to which the call belongs. The metadata should be comma-separated.

: This field should contain the name or identifier of the agent who handled the call.Please ensure that these fields are present in your csv and are formatted correctly to avoid any errors.

Uploads should be placed in a folder called "Voyc". If you have opted for Voyc to setup the server, we will do this step for you.
Each call should only be uploaded once the metadata CSV is available, with a goal of making it available within 30 minutes of the call ending.
