💜Wellbeing
- 21 consecutive days (i.e. 15 working days annual leave) or more if the country you work in requires more by law.
- 6 administrative days per annum, i.e. 1 day every two months which not be taken on a Monday or a Friday. Approval must be granted in writing by your manager 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to taking this leave.
- For every year of continuous service with Voyc, you are entitled to an additional 2 days of paid annual leave up to a maximum of 31 working days of paid annual leave. In other words, your original 15 working days plus an additional 16 working days. This is in effect retrospectively.
- Four months maternity leave of which two months will be on full pay, or more if the country you work in requires additional maternity leave.
- Four months paternity leave of which two months will be on full pay, or more if the country you work in requires additional paternity leave.
- You can start work at 11.30 am if you work after 9pm the night before and it is necessary for you to rest. You are required to inform your manager in writing prior to logging off the night before.
- A compassion-paid day off (Burnout Leave) if two team members recommend in writing to your manager that you need rest. An additional subsequent day would require sick leave.

🍰 Working at Montebello office perk
- If you are working out of the Montebello office, you can spend up to R150 per day at the following places:

- Gardner's Cottage
- In Season Mobile Market (TBC)
👨👩👧👦Gatherings
- Social evenings every second Friday in the office at 5 pm. There will be takeaway food and drinks on hand.
- Within (and often across) teams, we encourage and support more frequent social get-togethers (like bowling); and optional participation in one of our interest-based activities, like, hiking.
- Unlimited budget to hang out with team members outside of work. Subject to manager approval.
