Integrating through the Voyc Platform

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab under the Organisation settings.
2. Click “View Integration” under Aircall.
3. In the modal, click “Connect Integration” - this will open up a new window.
4. Authorize the Voyc App. You may need to sign in using your Aircall credentials first.
5. Select numbers - this can be done at a later stage, select “Skip for now” if so.
6. Window will close and Aircall will have been integrated

Integrating from the Aircall Dashboard

From within your Aircall dashboard view:

Steps:

1. Under Integrations & API, select Discover integrations
2. Scroll till you find the Voyc option and select it
3. Click Install integration - this will navigate you to the Voyc platform
4. Proceed from step 3 above in “Integrating through the Voyc Platform”
